Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi-based organization empowering underprivileged communities with dignity and self-reliance. We focus on education, skill development, healthcare, elderly care, animal welfare, environmental conservation, hunger relief, and Technology & AI empowerment.

Since 2015, we have impacted: 1,25,000+ children educated, 10,000+ women empowered, 50,000+ hygiene kits distributed, 1,00,000+ meals served, 500+ elderly cared for, 500+ animals rescued, and 10,000+ trees planted.

Through flagship programs like Drishti (Education), Sukhad (Menstrual Health), and Skill Development, we continue building identities, restoring hope, and contributing to Atma Nirbhar Bharat.
